These are some of my students' texts about their daily routines. They had to use the verbs in the Present Simple, frequency adverbs and time expressions for frequency.
Example:
I always get up at seven o'clock. Then I eat breakfast. I usually have bread and a glass of milk for breakfast. After that, I have a shower, brush my teeth, comb my hair and I always get to school at nine o’clock. Then I go back home at about half past one and I always have lunch very fast because I go to work at quarter past four. At lunch time I usually drink coke and eat a bowl of rice. I usually have dinner at half past ten when I go back home form work.
Later, I do my homework and go to bed. I often go to bed after eleven o'clock and I’m always very tired at that time. As you can see, I’m very busy during the week and I haven’t got time to see my friends.

IMAGINE, by John Lennon
Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace
You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
